Natural Stockcare makes animal health products for farmers, retailers and distributors. This policy explains what personal information we collect on this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.

Who we are

What we collect

When you request a brochure, contact us, or make an enquiry through this website, we collect what you give us:

• Contact details — your name, email address and, if you choose to give it, your mobile number.
• About your farm or business — whether you are a farmer, retailer or distributor, and optional details such as county, Eircode or postcode, type of farm, herd or flock size, store or company name, number of branches, or species focus.
• Your enquiry — anything you write in the free-text box, and (for trade enquiries) how you heard about us.
• Technical information — the page you enquired from, the time of your enquiry, and an anti-spam verification token. Our website also uses cookies; see “Cookies” below.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16, and this website is not directed at children.

Why we collect it, and our legal basis

• To respond to your request — sending you the brochure you asked for and following up on your enquiry (for example, your local rep or our commercial team contacting you about it). We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us about our products.
• Marketing — we only send you news and offers about Natural Stockcare products if you tick the box asking us to. That is processing based on your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.
• Protecting the website — we use anti-spam checks (including Cloudflare Turnstile) on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping automated abuse out of our systems.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our instructions:

• Freshworks Inc. — our customer relationship system (Freshsales), where enquiries are stored so the right person can follow up.
• n8n GmbH — the workflow service (n8n Cloud, hosted in the European Union) that carries your enquiry from the website to our customer system.
• Cloudflare, Inc. — anti-spam verification.
• Our website host and Microsoft 365 — where our website and email run.

Some of these providers process data outside the EEA and the UK. Where they do, the transfer is protected by an approved safeguard — the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

If you become a customer, we keep your details for as long as we have a trading relationship and for the periods required by tax and company law afterwards. If you enquire but do not become a customer, we delete your details 24 months after our last contact with you. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal information, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to our use of it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw any consent you have given. Email info@naturalstockcare.ie and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission (Ireland) or the Information Commissioner’s Office (UK).

Cookies

Our website uses a small number of cookies for essential site functions, anti-spam protection, and — where you consent through the cookie banner — analytics that help us understand how the site is used. You can manage non-essential cookies through the banner at any time.
